  Every time I go to this branch I'm turned off before I even park my car. At this branch there are only 5 parking spaces directly in front of the entrance and 2 of them are handicap. I've probably been here 10-15 times and every time I visit this location there is a white Volkswagen CC 2.0T parked right in front of the customer entrance. I've always thought "that must be an employees car." Well today It was confirmed when I stopped at the branch to use the ATM before they opened. The white car pulled in right in front of the doors and am employee got out and walked inside. I'm not sure what The Chase policy is on employee parking but I find it disrespectful that you wouldn't leave those spots closest to the door for customers. This factor alone doesn't bring it down to 2 stars, but it bothered me enough to write a review, which made me think about all the experiences I've had here and they've all been lack luster. The customer service isn't bad but it's not excellent. Today I used the ATM in the lobby before they opened, and there were no cash envelopes on the table. I've been thinking about switching banks and events like this just push me further towards wanting to switch.
