  Currently waiting in line on a Tuesday around lunch hour. There is one teller working with 10 people in line. This needs to be addressed. Unacceptable.

  This is by far the worst BOA I've ever been to! Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. They never have more than one teller! They shut down the drive thru...so that is no longer an option. The managers have an indifferent attitude towards customer experience. They are at least consistent with their horrible service so you know what to expect. If I could bank elsewhere (corporate account) I absolutely would. If I could give them negative stars I would. I could go on but you get the point. If you still go you've been warned and should plan your day accordingly for the long wait and unsatisfactory service.
